- VantageMarkets: autorised and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), Securities Investment Business Law (SIBL) number 1383491.
c. No Custody by InfinityGlobal: InfinityGlobal Holding LTD does not hold or take custody of any client funds directly. Our role is limited to providing marketing services and strategy provision.
2 Separation of Assets
a. Separation of Funds: VantageMarkets ensures that client funds are segregated from its operational funds, in accordance with regulatory requirements. This segregation is intended to protect your assets and ensure they are used only for trading activities on your behalf.

b. Reporting and Disclosures: VantageMarkets provides regular reports and disclosures related to the custody of your assets, including account statements, transaction histories, and any other relevant information.
4 Annual Surprise Examinations
a. To enhance security, independent auditors conduct annual surprise examinations of our clients assets held with the custodian to confirm their accuracy and completeness.

a. We provide clear and transparent communication to our clients regarding our custody policies and procedures, ensuring they are fully informed about how their assets are being managed.
